常智杰
教授 (Professor Zhijie Chang)

清华大学医学院tenure教授,博士,博士生导师。1978-1989就读于西北农业大学并获博士学位,1995-1998在美国圣路易斯大学、华盛顿大学和阿拉巴马大学等医学院从事访问学者和博士后研究。1990-1995受聘西北农业大学副教授,1998-2005受聘清华大学副教授,2005年至今受聘清华大学教授。从事信号转导和肿瘤发生机理的研究,发表CancerCell, MolecularCell, Cell Research, JCB和JBC等SCI期刊论文86篇,被引用2000多篇次。获北京市科技进步三等奖,青海省科技进步一等奖。目前担任《FEBSLetter》编委。

主要研究领域(Research Interests):

 细胞信号转导和肿瘤发生的机制,特别关注STAT3, WNT和NF-kB等信号中的关键蛋白在肿瘤发生中对基因表达的调控作用。从分子、细胞、小鼠模型及病理组织等水平研究。目前课题:CREPT与信号转导调控转录的分子机制;GdX与信号转导在炎症引起的肿瘤中的作用;肿瘤干细胞在癌症发生中的作用机制。 

The mechanisms of signaltransduction and tumorigenesis, especially the regulation of STAT, WNT, and NF-kB signal pathways on gene expression during tumorigenesis. Studies are performed from molecular, cellular and mouse disease model to human pathology levels. The current projects are: the mechanisms of CREPT and signal transduction regulation on gene transcription; the effect of GdX on inflammation related tumors; the roles of tumor stem cells in tumorigenesis.
