　　颜光玗教授于1998年在国立台湾大学（National Taiwan University, NTU）获得学士学位，2001年在曼彻斯特大学获得硕士学位，2007年在曼彻斯特大学获得博士学位，2008-2012在宾夕法尼亚州立大学（The Pennsylvania State University, PSU)做博士后研究，2012-2014为宾夕法尼亚州立大学生物化学与分子生物学系Research Associate，2014年为南方医科大学基础医学院教授。颜光玗教授在染色体重塑方面做出了许多重要发现，其代表性论文如下：
