●个人简介
清华大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师。1986年毕业于江西大学,1996年获美国爱因斯坦医学院细胞生物学博士学位,之后在美国纪念斯隆-凯特琳癌症中心进行博士后研究,2002年加入清华大学。先后发表200余篇学术论文、申请十余项发明专利、出版4本教材和专著、牵头发起制定6项类器官领域团体标准。兼任Cell Regeneration杂志主编及Open Biol、Cell Res、J Exp Clin Canc Res、Cell Discov等期刊编委。

●主要研究领域和兴趣
课题组长期聚焦细胞信号转导与类器官技术的交叉研究,运用细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物信息学、遗传学等多学科手段,通过类器官技术,结合动物模型和组学分析等方法开展以下研究:
(1) 基础机制方面,系统探究成体干细胞自我更新和定向分化的调控机制,挖掘介导干细胞参与组织稳态维持和损伤修复的关键分子靶点。
(2) 技术探索方面,构建多种类器官培养新体系;搭建肿瘤类器官体外药物筛选技术平台;运用细胞共培养、微流控芯片等技术构建复杂类器官模型,模拟体内器官的细胞异质性及微环境等。
(3) 临床应用支撑方面,探索消化道等相关疾病的发病分子机理,筛选具有临床转化潜力的新型干预靶点;借助类器官模型解析肿瘤对临床药物的个体化反应特征及耐药分子机制,为提升疾病治疗的精准度与临床疗效提供技术支持。
