隋森芳
教授(Professor Sen-Fang Sui)

清华大学生命科学学院教授,博士,博士生导师,中国科学院院士。1970年毕业于清华大学精密仪器系并留校任教。1981年在清华大学工程物理系获理学硕士学位,1988年在德国慕尼黑技术大学获自然科学博士学位。曾任清华大学生物系系主任 (1992.12-1995.12)。长期从事蛋白质及生物膜的结构与功能的研究,有关成果在Science、NSMB、Cell Research、PNAS、Elife等期刊发表论文100多篇,被引用1900多篇次。曾获中国高校科技进步奖(自然科学奖)一等奖、国家自然科学奖二等奖、北京市教育创新标兵称号、全国优秀博士学位论文博士生导师。编著《膜分子生物学》获 2005年度北京市高等教育精品教材奖。

主要研究领域(Research Interests): 

利用冷冻电子显微学,结合其它技术手段,研究(1)蛋白质复合体、复杂蛋白质机器和膜蛋白的结构、功能与工作机制;(2)囊泡运输中的分子机制,蛋白质与膜脂的相互作用,生物膜与重大疾病的关系。

Using cryo-electron microscopy and othermethods,my lab currently focuses on (1) resolving the structures of protein complexes, molecular machines and membrane proteins, and elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying their cellular functions, and (2) studying the molecular mechanisms of vesicle trafficking, the interactions between proteins and lipids, and the relationships of major diseases and biomembranes.
