程和平
教授(Professor Heping Cheng)

北京大学分子医学研究所教授,973首席科学家,中科院院士。1990-1995 留学美国马里兰大学医学院生理系,获博士学位。曾任美国NIH老年研究所资深研究员,获国家杰出青年科学基金,教育部长江特聘教授,并荣获长江学者成就奖(生命科学奖)、国际心脏学会研究成就奖(2016)。迄今发表论文百余篇,其中10多篇刊于《Science》、《Nature》和《Cell》。于1993年发现细胞内钙释放的最小单位,并命名为“钙火花”(Calcium Sparks),2004年该论文被誉为100年来最杰出的10篇心肌论文之一。2008首次报道线粒体“超氧炫”(Mitochondrial Superoxide Flash),又称“线粒体炫”(Mitoflash)。线粒体炫与能量代谢、应激反应、衰老、突触长时程可塑性密切相关。目前担任《Cardiovas Res》副主编、《J Mol Cell Cardiol》和《Am J Physiol》杂志编委。 

主要研究领域  

研究方向:细胞钙信号、线粒体生物医学。研究钙信号和ROS信号转导的基本原理和生理调节,以及病理条件下信号失调的细胞与分子机制,并探索有效的干预策略。 

Research interests: The mechanism of intracellular calcium and reactive oxygen species signal transduction, especially in cardiac and neural physiological and pathological processes.
