张晨
研究员(Professor Zhang Chen)

北京大学生命科学学院研究员,博士生导师,中美共建麦戈文脑研究所研究员,中国生物物理学会理事,痴呆诊治北京市重点实验室学术委员会副主任。1998年毕业于中国科学技术大学,师从周专教授中科院神经科学研究所于2003年获得理学博士,2004年赴美师从Thomas C. Südhof教授(2013年诺奖得主)从事博士后、助理研究员工作。在神经科学、显微光学成像等领域做出了国际一流的工作,在Nature、PNAS 、Nature Neuroscience、Neuron等国际顶级杂志发表论文30余篇,被引900多篇次。荣获中科院院长特别奖(2002)、中国科学院优秀博士论文奖(2004)、全国百篇优秀博士论文奖(2005)、上海市优秀博士论文奖(2005)、绿叶生物医药杰出青年学者奖(2012)、北京大学实验技术成果一等奖(2013)、北京大学优秀班主任(2015)、通化东宝生命科学奖(2015)等;入选“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”和“优秀青年科学基金项目”。 

主要研究领域(Research Interests): 

老年痴呆症和自闭症等病理情况下大脑神经突触连接、突触后受体、神经网络的动态变化。突触的连接(包括突触的形成,成熟和退化)不论在大脑发育的早期,还是成年时期都是一个非常活跃的过程。本实验室运用分子/生化,遗传学,电生理和光遗传学的手段在神经环路层面研究生理和病理条件下神经网络的变化,从而为老年痴呆症和自闭症的治疗提供神经生物学基础。

Synaptic and circuit changes in the brains of Alzheimer's disease and autism. Synaptic connections both in the early development of the brain, or adulthood is an active process. Our lab use molecular/biochemical, genetic, electrophysiological and optical methods to investigate the neural circuits under physiological and pathological conditions.
