陈大华
研究员(Professor Da-Hua Chen)

2005年中国科学院“百人计划”引进海外杰出人才,2008年国家基金委杰出青年获得者,科技部国家重大科学研究计划“原始生殖细胞发生和性腺发育的机制研究”首席科学家。2005年回国后,实验室主要以果蝇、斑马鱼和小鼠等为模型,系统地研究生殖细胞发育和成体干细胞命运的调控机制,在发育生物学领域取得了重要的学术成就。近年来,在果蝇中证明了DNA 6mA修饰的存在(Zhang et al. Cell 2015),发现6mA修饰在发育过程中是动态的,并受到精确调控。这些重要研究成果揭示了真核生物DNA修饰的新形式,为表观遗传和发育生物学研究开辟了一个新的研究领域。实验室分别在Cell、 Developmental Cell、PNAS、PLoS Biology、Nature Communications、Development、Human Molecular Genetics和PLoS Genetics等遗传和发育主流杂志上发表一系列文章。实验室承担科技部生殖发育重大计划、973、干细胞先导专项、国家基金委重点和杰青等项目。
