简历

2011年在中科院上海生化细胞所获博士学位。

曾获美国NIH Pathway to Independence Award K99/R00奖。

长期从事膜泡运输和细胞自噬研究,发现或阐明胆固醇运输的分子机制和自噬体膜形成的分子机制,在Cell Metabolism、PNAS、Elife、Autophagy等杂志发表论文。

担任北京细胞生物学学会理事和中国生物物理学会膜分会理事职务。

主要科研领域与方向:

葛亮实验室的研究方向是细胞应激过程中膜的动态变化和生物学功能,目前集中解读细胞自噬过程中内膜系统的形变,以及自噬降解毒性蛋白聚集体和调节非典型分泌的分子机制。葛亮实验室也致力于自噬对细胞内稳态维持以及相关重大疾病(如癌症和神经退行疾病)的研究。

Autophagy is a key mechanism for clearance of damaged cellular components, which is tightly related to aging and human diseases. We employ classical and cutting-edge techniques of cell biology and biochemistry to study the mechanisms and functions of autophagy. Our major focus is the mechanism of autophagic membrane formation, its role in degrading toxic protein aggregates and unconventional secretion. In addition, we are also interested in the involvement of autophagy in maintaining homeostasis and the pathogenesis of human disease, e.g. cancer and neurodegeneration.
