主要科研领域与方向:

葛亮实验室的研究方向是细胞应激过程中膜的动态变化和生物学功能,目前集中解读细胞自噬过程中内膜系统的形变,以及自噬降解毒性蛋白聚集体和调节非典型分泌的分子机制。葛亮实验室也致力于自噬对细胞内稳态维持以及相关重大疾病(如癌症和神经退行疾病)的研究。
