  青年千人张伟博士在对机械感受这一神经科学当前的热点和难点的研究中建立了高效可行的系统,并取得了丰硕的成果。机械感受是重要的感觉模式,包括听觉、触觉、机械痛以及其他相关感觉。机械敏感离子通道将机械力转导为蛋白活性,从而激活神经元产生感觉。机械敏感离子通道的鉴定、功能和激活机制是神经科学领域的重要课题。张伟博士在该领域取得的重要科研成果包括:鉴定出了果蝇中介导轻微触觉的神经元和离子通道、建立了离子通道锚定-门控的实验证据及鉴定出动物内脏中感觉张力的神经元和神经回路等。其研究成果以第一作者身份发表在NatureCellPNAS等国际学术杂志上。
